Y'all! After creating this permanent anchor chart area in my room I was on a mission to research more about anchor charts! I started asking around to my teacher friends and these are the charts and ideas that we have compiled from posts and social media that we have each shared.
My usual anchor charts are created on butcher paper with mr. sketch markers...
but after talking to my friends I realized all the things I could be doing with my anchor charts....
Marcy from Saddle Up for 2nd Grade shared her hand drawn charts with amazing pops of color.
Teri from A Cupcake for the Teacher uses bright punches of color to grab attention
from her elementary kiddos.
How cute is this character anchor chart by Amanda from Mrs. Richardson's Class!?!
I love how Amelia from Where the Wild Things Learn not only does hand written charts, but makes her digitally also.
Jen from Teaching in Tongass shared some of her adorable ideas. In her classroom she not only uses poster size charts, but shrinks it down for her kids to work on also!
