Do you want to build a snowman?

Wednesday, January 7, 2015

This week I'm so excited to share my How to Build a Snowman Expository Writing Flipbook with my colleagues at school. What better way to have fun in our toasty classrooms as the snow falls outside the window?? (I mean unless we are toasty warm in our beds because we get a snowday!?!)

This flipbook set is perfect for small group, whole group, or even a writing area. I have included 16 vocabulary cards to help my little ones brainstorm, sequence, and spell those not-so-easy 'big' words.

The file includes 3 sizes of writing lines to help differentiate between grades or even abilities in one single classroom. When assembled each page has a portion for illustration above the writing lines.

Thanks Jessica for the great linky party. My first ever! I saw the link for it on instagram--I'm a new follower. :)

Your snowman flipbook is darling. I'm just getting ready to kick off non-fiction writing with "How-To" books. Perfect timing! I'm off to put your snowman flipbook in my tpt cart. Thanks again!
